EU Delegated Act on low-carbon hydrogen becomes law after publication in bloc’s Official Journal

Legislation sets out how non-renewable H2 and derivatives — made from natural gas, nuclear power or grid electricity — can meet the 70% emissions reduction required to be labelled as ‘low-carbon’ and therefore qualify for future subsidies
