Stargate Hydrogen, a Tallinn, Estonia-based provider of alkaline electrolysers for the green hydrogen production, received an investment from Repsol.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate the expansion of its manufacturing capacity, its R&D initiatives, and consolidate its commercial operations across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Led by CEO Marko Virkebau, Stargate Hydrogen is an electrolyser manufacturer that specializes in sustainable energy solutions, dedicated to advancing the production and use of green hydrogen through innovative ceramic-based electrolysis technology.
Customers include Fortum, Utilitas, ABB and many others across Europe, Turkey, the Middle East, and India.
Earlier in 2025, Stargate secured an 11 million EUR A-round and inaugurated its new factory.
