On June 6, 2025, KP Group joined forces with Delta Electronics India in a big way. The two companies signed three major strategic MoUs, all aimed at giving India’s clean energy transformation a serious boost. Their collaboration is tackling several critical areas:
- Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to help balance the power grid and make renewable energy more reliable
- Green hydrogen and EV charging infrastructure—they’re teaming up to roll out fueling and charging stations across the country
- 1 GW of high-efficiency solar inverters to turbocharge solar project installations over the next year
A Power-Packed Partnership
In this strategic alliance, KP Group is taking the lead on the development front, while Delta is bringing the tech muscle. They’re supplying everything from cutting-edge power electronics and hydrogen compression systems to EV chargers and energy management tools.
More Than Just Tech—Training and Expansion
This isn’t just about hardware. The plan includes training programs to upskill operational teams, making sure everything runs smoothly from day one. And it doesn’t stop at India—there’s a strong hint that international markets could be next in line as the collaboration grows.
Boosting India’s Clean Energy Momentum
This partnership is expected to fill some key gaps in India’s green hydrogen and EV charging infrastructure—two major pillars of the country’s decarbonization strategy. Investors are clearly paying attention, too: KPI Green Energy’s stock ticked up 2.21% following the announcement.
