Greenzo Energy Limited, India’s first integrated green hydrogen company, has secured a Research & Development order from Engineers India Limited (EIL), a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas.
The project underscores the government’s trust in Indian firms to drive the clean energy transition. Sandeep Agarwal, Managing Director, Greenzo Energy Limited, said, “This recognition strengthens our mission to deliver scalable, indigenous hydrogen solutions while reducing import dependence and building a sustainable future.”
The unit will serve as a foundation for scalable hydrogen applications across refineries, fertilizer plants, steel, and cement industries, supporting India’s National Green Hydrogen Mission.
