The Ministry of Energy and the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka have extended the deadline for submissions under the Request for Information (RFI) on green hydrogen and green ammonia projects to 19 June.
The RFI seeks proposals from local and international investors for green hydrogen and ammonia manufacturing, export terminals, storage facilities and component manufacturing projects.
The initiative supports Sri Lanka’s goal of developing a green hydrogen industry and may offer eligible investors incentives, infrastructure support and regulatory facilitation through the BOI.
