DEE Development Engineers Ltd. (DDEL), provider of specialised process piping solutions, has entered a strategic partnership with a globally recognised clean-tech firm to accelerate green hydrogen production in India and Thailand.
Strategic MoU to Co-Develop Modular Hydrogen Systems
The two companies have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to jointly develop, bid for, and execute modular green hydrogen projects across both countries. The alliance aims to deliver scalable, high-efficiency systems that will support decarbonisation goals and clean energy transitions.
Combining Global Tech with Indian Engineering Strength
Under this partnership, the International Clean-Tech Partner will contribute its advanced hydrogen technologies—including electrolysers, separators, and purification systems—while DDEL will leverage its deep execution capabilities, manufacturing infrastructure, and proven expertise in ultra-pure hydrogen purification systems, achieving purities as high as 99.9999%.
Leadership Speaks
Krishan Lalit Bansal, Chairman and Managing Director of DDEL, said, “Hydrogen is poised to become a cornerstone of global decarbonization. We are proud to lead the way alongside such a capable and visionary partner.”
Strengthening Green Portfolio with Strategic Acquisition
DDEL has also expanded its clean energy footprint by acquiring a majority stake in Molsieve Designs. The company specialises in hydrogen purification and brings over 22 years of experience to the table. As reported by projectstoday.com, the move significantly boosts DDEL’s technological capabilities and readiness to deliver advanced green hydrogen solutions.
