Founder and chairman of Bessco Power Rajeev Chhikara said the collaboration marks a step toward building large renewable energy capacity across South Asia. He added that combining development experience with financial and operational capabilities would help accelerate project implementation in both countries, PTI stated.

Co-founder of Renergo Developers Nishant Goyal said the partnership will help tap the growing renewable energy potential in India and Nepal and support the development of large-scale projects.

Managing director of Bessco Power Bharat Gulati said the initiative aims to create a strong renewable energy platform that not only develops solar capacity but also supports the region’s long-term energy transition through sectors such as green hydrogen, compressed biogas and green ammonia.
