Advait Energy Transitions Limited, an India-based energy infrastructure company, has disclosed that its subsidiary Advait Greenergy Private Limited executed several Memorandums of Understanding. According to the regulatory disclosure, the MoUs were signed during inauguration of the Phase I 30 MW alkaline electrolyser assembly facility. The agreements involve collaborations with academic and industry partners for activities related to green hydrogen, solar energy and battery energy storage systems. One MoU with Ganpat University – U. V. Patel College of Engineering supports curriculum development, industrial training, internships and research activities across hydrogen, PV, BESS and fuel cells. The company has also signed cooperation agreements with Deep Industries Limited and G Power Solutions to participate in hydrogen tenders issued by NTPC, SECI, IOC, HPCL, BPCL, GAIL and state utilities. Additional MoUs include collaboration with MKC Infrastructure Limited and Hexatron Industries Limited for BESS solutions and PV module supply, while another agreement with Wuhan Huagong International Development Co., Ltd covers installation of a 2.5 GWh BESS manufacturing line.
