Energy-importing countries are scaling clean energy three times faster than exporters, according to Norway-headquartered classification society DNV, which expects clean hydrogen growth to be far slower than originally anticipated.
Growing concern over energy security is driving energy-importing and energy-exporting nations towards increasingly divergent strategies, technologies, and transition pathways, including clean hydrogen production.
