New Delhi: Greenzo Energy India Limited and Lord’s Mark Industries Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly develop green hydrogen and renewable energy projects across Uttar Pradesh, the company said in a press release.
Under the agreement, the two companies will collaborate to develop around 60 MW of green hydrogen capacity, along with integrated solar rooftop projects coupled with battery energy storage systems, across key locations including Gorakhpur, Aligarh, Jhansi and Lucknow.
As part of the partnership, Greenzo Energy will act as the technology and EPC partner, responsible for engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of the projects. Lord’s Mark Industries will serve as the project developer and investor, overseeing financing, regulatory approvals, project development and commercial structuring.
The collaboration builds on Lord’s Mark Industries’ earlier MoU with the Government of Uttar Pradesh for renewable energy development, involving an estimated investment of over Rs 2,000 crore. The partnership marks a significant step toward strengthening green hydrogen infrastructure in the state and accelerating industrial decarbonisation.
Sandeep Agarwal, Managing Director of Greenzo Energy India Limited, said the collaboration represents an important step in accelerating the deployment of green hydrogen infrastructure at scale. He said that by combining Greenzo’s indigenous hydrogen technology and EPC expertise with Lord’s Mark’s project development capabilities, the partnership aims to support Uttar Pradesh’s renewable energy vision and contribute to India’s clean energy goals.
Sachidanand Upadhyay, Managing Director of Lord’s Mark Industries Limited, said the partnership brings together strong project development expertise and proven hydrogen technology capabilities, and aligns with Uttar Pradesh’s renewable energy roadmap to deliver large-scale and sustainable green hydrogen projects.
The MoU is valid for five years and provides a structured framework for joint participation in upcoming green hydrogen and renewable energy opportunities in the state.
The strategic alliance further strengthens Greenzo Energy’s role in delivering scalable and commercially viable hydrogen solutions across India, while reinforcing Uttar Pradesh’s position as an emerging hub for clean energy investment.
