Advait Greenergy Private Limited (AGPL) signed three strategic memoranda of understanding (MoUs) with global and domestic partners to accelerate the development of green hydrogen infrastructure, advanced electrolyser deployment, and hydrogen storage solutions in India. Through these collaborations, the company aims to build an integrated hydrogen ecosystem by combining international technology expertise with strong local engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) capabilities. The agreements bring together partners across electrolyser technology, project execution, storage systems, and end-to-end hydrogen project development, positioning Advait Greenergy to deliver scalable clean energy solutions.

Partnerships Across Global Technology Leaders

To strengthen its technological foundation, Advait Greenergy has partnered with:

*CENMAT (Switzerland) – PEM and AEM electrolyser technology provider

*Power to Hydrogen Inc. (USA) – AEM electrolyser specialist

*JESCO Projects (India) – EPC and market execution partner

*VJ Industries (India) – hydrogen storage solutions provider

Together, these companies will support the deployment of efficient hydrogen production systems and integrated infrastructure across India.

CENMAT Collaboration to Boost High-Efficiency Hydrogen Production

Under its agreement with CENMAT, Advait Greenergy will integrate advanced proton exchange membrane (PEM) and anion exchange membrane (AEM) electrolyser systems into its hydrogen projects.

By combining CENMAT’s cutting-edge electrolyser technology with Advait’s EPC execution and balance-of-plant expertise, the companies aim to deliver high-efficiency hydrogen production and seamless system integration for clean energy installations. The partnership is expected to improve performance, reliability, and scalability across upcoming projects.

Tripartite Alliance Targets Electrolyser-Based Projects

In addition, Advait Greenergy has entered into a tripartite MoU with Power to Hydrogen (P2H2) and JESCO Projects to jointly pursue green hydrogen opportunities on a project-by-project basis.

Each partner brings complementary strengths:

*P2H2 – AEM electrolyser technology

*JESCO – local market access and execution support

*Advait Greenergy – EPC delivery and system integration

By pooling capabilities, the alliance aims to fast-track commercial hydrogen projects and expand electrolyser adoption across industrial applications.

Hydrogen Storage Integration with VJ Industries

Recognising that storage is critical for hydrogen deployment, Advait Greenergy has also partnered with VJ Industries to incorporate advanced hydrogen storage systems into its projects.mUnder the arrangement, VJ Industries will serve as the preferred storage solutions provider, while Advait Greenergy will lead EPC execution, balance-of-system supply, and overall project delivery. The integration ensures safer, more efficient hydrogen handling and strengthens the reliability of complete green hydrogen infrastructure.
