Three pro-hydrogen parties agree to form minority coalition in the Netherlands

Progressive former energy minister Rob Jetten, 38, will become prime minister, but the new government will not be able to pass laws without support from opposition parties

Leaders of the three coalition parties, (l-r) Robert Jetten (D66), Dilan Yeşilgöz (VVD) and Henri Bontenbal (CDA), speak to the media after agreeing in principle to form a minority coalition earlier this month. A firmer deal was agreed late on Tuesday night and announced yesterday.
