DEE Development Engineers Limited (DDEL), a leading Indian provider of specialized process piping solutions for the oil and gas, power, and process industries, has announced a strategic partnership with International Clean-Tech Partner, a global leader in sustainable energy technologies. This partnership marks DDEL’s formal entry into the green hydrogen sector, with plans to deploy modular hydrogen production systems in both India and Thailand.

The collaboration is being established through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) under which the two companies will jointly develop, bid for, and execute green hydrogen production system projects. The partnership brings together the global expertise of International Clean-Tech Partner in hydrogen technologies such as electrolysers, separators, and purification systems with DDEL’s well-established capabilities in manufacturing ultra-pure hydrogen purification systems, project execution, and access to a strong client base. DDEL’s hydrogen purification technology can achieve up to 99.9999% purity, positioning the company to deliver high-quality solutions in the green hydrogen space.
International Clean-Tech Partner is known worldwide for its work in environmental and clean energy systems. Its experience spans the development of advanced hydrogen generation plants, flue gas cleaning systems, and ultra-low emission technologies across several countries. These projects consistently deliver high-efficiency and environmentally sustainable outcomes. DDEL, on the other hand, has enhanced its clean energy portfolio with the recent acquisition of a majority stake in M/s Molsieve Designs Limited, a company with over two decades of experience in manufacturing high-purity hydrogen purification systems. This acquisition significantly boosts DDEL’s technical capabilities and production strength in the green energy sector.

As part of the agreement, International Clean-Tech Partner will provide technical support for containerized and modular green hydrogen projects. It will also supply the necessary core systems and subsystems and work collaboratively on digital modelling, documentation, and outreach initiatives. DDEL will handle local responsibilities including marketing, participating in tenders, executing projects, securing statutory approvals, and providing long-term after-sales service in both India and Thailand.
This alliance gives both companies a strong competitive edge in the rapidly growing green hydrogen sector. The partnership is uniquely positioned to scale hydrogen infrastructure by combining deep technological expertise with robust local execution capabilities. It also directly aligns with India’s National Green Hydrogen Mission, which aims to make the country a global hub for green hydrogen production, use, and export.
Mr. Krishan Lalit Bansal, Chairman & Managing Director, DEE Development Engineers Limited, stated, “This partnership is a pivotal moment in our clean energy journey. With International Clean-Tech Partner’s proven technologies and DDEL’s execution expertise, we are confident of unlocking meaningful progress in India and Thailand’s green hydrogen ambitions. Hydrogen is poised to become a cornerstone of global decarbonization, and we are proud to lead the way alongside such a capable and visionary partner.”
By advancing such initiatives, DDEL is contributing to India’s goal of achieving energy self-reliance, reducing fossil fuel dependency, and accelerating economic decarbonisation. The partnership also complements Thailand’s renewable energy goals. The Board of Directors at DDEL sees this collaboration as a significant step toward long-term value creation for shareholders and a defining move in establishing DDEL as a major player in India’s evolving clean energy sector.
